About the Role:
As a Bid Administrative Assistant, you'll work closely with the Bid Manager and Sales team to deliver winning proposals that showcase FCTG's value to potential clients. You'll play a vital role in managing the bid process, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timely delivery of submissions that strengthen our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Bid Manager with general bid-related duties
Complete RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents on behalf of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the Bid Manager
Coordinate certifications of company documents for inclusion in bids
Manage the process of obtaining necessary signatures from Directors and other stakeholders
Print, collate, and bind bid documents for submission
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance of all bid materials
Act as a communication link between the Bid Manager and BDMs throughout the bid process
Invest in learning and development by attending training sessions and focus days
Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves
What We're Looking For:
Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Fully computer literate (MS Office and related tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Professional, approachable, and eager to help
A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and upskill
