Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering impactful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to uncover insights and solve business challenge.
- Automating reporting processes and championing continuous improvement
- Reconciling data across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to a culture of analytical excellence
- A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in BI, reporting, or data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, QlikView/Qlik Sense, and advanced Excel
- Experience with DAX, Power Query, and/or Python/R
- short term insurance experience
