What You'll Do
As a Beverage Stock Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and compliance. Your responsibilities include:
Beverage Receiving, Verification & Documentation
Receive and verify beverage deliveries for quantity, pricing, and quality.
Maintain accurate logs, GRVs, and beverage control sheets.
Liaise with Procurement, Finance, and the F&B Manager on discrepancies.
Ensure secure, compliant movement of stock into storage.
Secure Storage, Inventory Control & Issuing
Maintain secure liquor storage and manage par-level issuing to bars and outlets.
Conduct routine storeroom checks for compliance, rotation, and security.
Uphold temperature and handling standards.
Stock Counting, Variance Analysis & Reporting
Conduct weekly bar counts and monthly full beverage inventories.
Investigate variances and provide actionable reports.
Support COS calculations, pour-cost analysis, and beverage promotions.
Maintain open-bottle registers and monitor high-risk SKUs.
Event & Race Day Beverage Control (Pre, During & Post Event)
Issue stock to bars, suites, VIP areas, and satellite points of sale.
Conduct live-service spot checks to reduce shrinkage and misuse.
Reconcile returns and prepare post-event consumption reports

What You'll Need
2-3 years' experience in beverage stock control (hospitality, bars, events).
1 year administrative experience.
Strong numeracy and reconciliation ability.
Familiarity with GAAP / POS systems.
High accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Certificate in Office Administration (advantageous).
