Minimum Vereistes:
Graad 12;
'n Relevante tersiere kwalifikasie (Graad of Diploma) in Landbou, Bemarking, Besigheidsbestuur of verwante rigting;
Ten minste 5 jaar bestuurs- of streeksbestuursondervinding op 'n senior vlak;
Minimum van 5 jaar ondervinding in die landbousektor sal tot u voordeel strek;
Geldige bestuurslisensie en bereidwilligheid om gereeld binne die streek te reis.

Verantwoordelikhede:
Bestuur die daaglikse bedrywighede van verskeie handelstakke binne die streek;
Dryf verkope en winsgewendheid deur effektiewe bestuur en besigheidsontwikkeling;
Ontwikkel en implementeer streekstrategiee wat belyn is met die maatskappy se algehele doelwitte;
Monitor en ontleed prestasiemaatstawwe om areas vir verbetering te identifiseer;
Bestuur en mentor Takbestuurders en verseker deurlopende personeelontwikkeling;
Verseker hoe vlakke van klientetevredenheid en dienslewering;
Handhaaf sterk verhoudings met verskaffers, kliente en ander belanghebbendes;
Verseker voldoening aan maatskappybeleide, prosedures en toepaslike regulasies;
Bestuur begrotings en finansiele verslagdoening vir die streek;
Identifiseer markneigings en uitbreidingsgeleenthede in die landbousektor.

Minimum Requirements:

A relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Management or related field;
At least 5 years of management or regional management experience at a senior level;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the agricultural sector will be to your advantage;
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of various branches within the region;
Drive sales and profitability through effective management and business development;
Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives;
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement;
Manage and mentor Branch Managers and ensure ongoing staff development;
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery;
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients and other stakeholders;
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulations;
Manage budgets and financial reporting for the region;
* Identify market trends and expansion opportunities in the agricultural sector.
