Job Description


A leading Pre-Verification company with a national footprint is expanding and currently has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced BEE Analyst to join their dynamic team in Pretoria.We are seeking a driven professional with a strong understanding of B-BBEE legislation, consulting experience across various B-BBEE Codes, and the ability to develop strategic solutions that add measurable value to clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, is fluent in both Afrikaans and English, and enjoys working closely with clients to guide and support them through their transformation journeys.Minimum Requirements

  • Tertiary Qualification (In Finance, Legal or Human Resources)
  • Drivers license + own vehicle
  • 3+ years BEE consulting experience on various B-BBEE Codes
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Overview of role and responsibilities
  • Develop strategy, plans, organisation and/or process design, and manage the effective deployment of solutions to ensure achievement of agreed outcomes for clients.
  • Identify any gaps, risks or issues on the B-BBEE scorecard and the impact thereof on the clients BBEE level.
  • Identify and discuss opportunities to gain points on the scorecard and the impact of the implementation thereof.
  • Monitoring the progress of the implementing the provided strategy and constant monitoring of the targets.
  • B-BBEE Verification Support during and after the verification, including liaising between client and verification agency, preparing verification files, managing evidence collection and providing onsite audit assistance to ensure successful completion of the verification process.
  • Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports.
  • Collect data and update client file, scorecards ad records (BEE Trax).
  • Evaluating Information gathered from multiple sources.
  • Reconciling Information to produce a BEE Score and / or Verification File for clients.
  • Define consulting tasks, manage project resources, and lead analysis.
  • Manage the client relationship.
  • Develop business opportunities within existing and new clients.
  • Time management on each project in line with the Service Level Agreement and SOPs of the Company.
