driven and motivated Afrikaans speaking LLB student
to join their dynamic team in a
B-BBEE-focused role
.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is in their first or second year of studying, keen interest in
B-BBEE legislation
, and the ability to think both
strategically and analytically
. You will receive hands-on experience, support, and the chance to grow within a professional and fast-paced environment. Full training on B-BBEE will be provided.
Key Competencies
We're looking for someone who is:
Currently studying LLB (1st or 2nd year)
Afrikaans speaking (preferably)
An analytical thinker
Mathematically inclined
Self-driven and able to work independently
Strategic and proactive
Eager to learn and grow
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on the latest B-BBEE developments
Provide training to clients on BEE-related matters
Write and publish articles on B-BBEE topics
Assist in developing and implementing BEE roadmaps for clients
Prepare preliminary ratings for clients and liaise with verification agencies
Assist with Employment Equity reporting and information compilation
Prepare and submit Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR)
Qualifications & Skills
Busy studying LLB
Strong business management knowledge
Financial analysis and understanding of financial statements
Solid understanding of legal principles and application
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team, multitask, and manage confidential information
Code 8 Driver's License
is required
