The ARC Beauty Therapist will be the ultimate ARC Skincare Ambassador. They will embody the brand values, be a skincare insider, influencer and story maker.
They will create memorable experiences for each client and master the ARC difference.
They are to take responsibility for and contribute to the efficient running of the ARC beauty rooms, promoting business objectives as appropriate and actively working towards achievement of personal and team targets.
Create the ultimate luxurious client experience
Deliver exceptional client services through high-performance facial and body treatments with personalized product recommendations
Meet individual daily and weekly sales goals, KPI's and objectives
Attend relevant and regular ARC training to gain knowledge of the unique brand history, product range and service expectations
Participate in appropriate treatment / protocol training to build and maintain exceptional elevated knowledge and skills
Attend and participate relevant and regular ARC assessments
Provide peer to peer coaching, sharing best practices, skincare expertise to build confidence with colleagues
Reflect and maintain impeccable levels of hygiene in the ARC treatment rooms, products and equipment
Conform with ARC guidelines when building the ARCL client database
Recruit new clients and build existing client loyalty through high touch service, treatments and retail initiatives
The ARC Beauty Therapist should be an inspiring and visible team member, always leading by example and instilling best practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1
. Customer Service and Selling
Provide outstanding luxury service according to the ARC service guidelines by identifying customer needs using exceptional knowledge of ARC standards and products.
Create an enhanced sales experience for clients, communicating the science and luxury behind ARC skincare, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the functions of the skin as well as the skincare products whilst offering professional and expert advice.
Continuously work towards achieving and exceeding set retail sales goals, using link selling to introduce further products.
Ensure that the best levels of client care are consistently offered, and that all customers are offered the opportunity to join the client database
Provide ARC facial and body treatments in the treatment rooms provided to an industry leading standard
Seek opportunities to further drive the Skincare business
When not conducting treatments inside the ARC treatment room, spend meaningful time on the CHANEL counter, driving skincare sales, peer coaching and always leading by example

Technical Skills and Administration
Somatology Degree or equivalent skincare qualification
At least 3 years retail and cosmetics experience
Previous Beauty Therapist experience
Follow ARC treatment protocols and techniques as taught to ensure consistent standard
Ensure expert skincare diagnoses are provided, meeting the required standards, and that in-depth information regarding the skin, the ARC skincare products and their application are provided as appropriate
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of retail sales results and individual performance as well as prompt completion and distribution of relevant administration
Maximize all planned and supported activity and drive optimum levels of occupancy in the ARC treatment Room
Work flexible hours within the confines of the total working week to suit the needs of the business

. Teamwork, Communication and Relationships
Lead by example, motivating individuals as well as team performance to reach/exceed set targets, demonstrating and encouraging reliability and flexibility as the business demands
Effective liaison with line manager, ARC Head Office as well as store personnel
Act as Brand ambassador and always maintain a pleasant and professional composure
Be commercially aware of the current Skincare market, consumers and competition to effectively recommend an appropriate and personalized ARC skincare regime
5. Although comprehensive the job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be added according to the needs of the business and as requested by the Sales Manager or other ARC Management.

Relationship Management
Ensure client experience standards are upheld and reinforced
Build in-store relationships with all levels of staff
CRM Management for Skincare Clients - oversee and ensure the maintenance of the CRM cards to retain customers and ensure regular contact with VIP clients
Drive increased customer data base (attraction of NEW customers)
7. Administration
Daily, weekly, monthly sales tracking sheets completed and submitted to Store Manager
Weekly and Monthly top 5 competitors submitted to Store Manager
Analyse sales and competitor reports to identify trends and sales opportunities within Skincare
Submit counter event report including photographs to Store Manager

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Somatology Degree or equivalent skincare qualification
At least 3 years skincare therapy experience
Retail experience advantageous
Previous Beauty Therapist experience advantageous
