ROLE SUMMARY Performs all types of facial treatments. To provide and maintain the highest standard of services, recommendations for client homecare, daily operational procedures and overall excellent client care, resulting in repeat client visits and increased sales in the salon. ACCOUNTIBILITIES xc2xb7 To be a team player to ensure the highest possible standards of service delivery. xc2xb7 Be welcoming, friendly, professional and tactful in all communications with clients. xc2xb7 Be discreet, do not talk about yourself neither draw too much attention to your own life situation. Use the xe2x80x9cItxe2x80x99s not about you, itxe2x80x99s all about themxe2x80x9d philosophy. xc2xb7 Communicate in English or Arabic at all times. No native language to be spoken with your colleagues in case the client doesnxe2x80x99t speak that particular language. xc2xb7 Perform full consultation with skin analysis with the clients to understand their skin condition and needs. xc2xb7 Complete consultation sheet for any new client. xc2xb7 Discuss with client the various treatment options and the costs. xc2xb7 Use the Waiver in case client insists you to perform a service you recommend her not to have. xc2xb7 Responsible for serving clients in an appropriate and professional manner, understanding the clientsxe2x80x99 needs and making sure of client satisfaction. xc2xb7 Discuss the clientxe2x80x99s required next visit and inform reception about the same. xc2xb7 Be punctual, be prepared in advance for each treatment and ensure the specified treatment time is adhered to. xc2xb7 Ensure that product usage is kept to manufactures specification and not used in excess. xc2xb7 Educating the clients and recommending products suitable for their skin type or skin condition. xc2xb7 Keep up to date with latest trends and treatments by attending technical training sessions, beauty seminars and reviewing trade publications. xc2xb7 Maintain clientsxe2x80x99 records for future reference in terms of preferred and recommended treatments. xc2xb7 Ensure that personal grooming and appearance standards are maintained at all times. xc2xb7 Be on time for shifts and prompt with each appointment. xc2xb7 Be flexible with schedules in an attempt to support the needs of the salon. xc2xb7 Assist in purchase orders. xc2xb7 Maintain and update equipment, products, services and standards as required. xc2xb7 Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating clients in these areas. xc2xb7 Actively promote the products, services, promotions and/or discounts available in meeting maximum retail sales goals. xc2xb7 Maintain an active profile on social media to increase visibility of salon, increase awareness of your talent, stay abreast of latest trends and increase following. xc2xb7 Social media status should say that you are employed at The Wave Lounge. xc2xb7 Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as per the salonxe2x80x99s policies and procedures. xc2xb7 Perform prep work and properly clean and restock work area as required. xc2xb7 Handle clientsxe2x80x99 questions and concerns professionally and courteously. xc2xb7 Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. xc2xb7 Maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times. xc2xb7 Ensure you read the Standard Operations Manual, have a thorough understanding of and adhere to salon rules and regulations. xc2xb7 Perform any other related duties as determined necessary by management.
