Role Overview

As a Spa Therapist at The View Boutique Hotel and Spa, you will provide exceptional spa treatments and services that enhance the overall guest experience. Your professionalism, skill, and attention to detail will help create a calm and luxurious environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a variety of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and other services in line with spa protocols. Customize treatments according to individual guest needs and preferences to ensure a personalized experience. Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within treatment rooms and spa facilities. Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Stay informed about industry trends, new techniques, and products to provide effective and innovative treatments. Offer excellent customer service, professionally addressing guest feedback, concerns, and special requests. Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure seamless daily operations and a consistent guest experience.
Qualifications and Experience

Certification or diploma in massage therapy, beauty therapy, esthetics, or a related field. Somatology certification is advantageous but not required. Previous experience in a luxury spa or high-end hospitality environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and professional products.
Skills and Attributes

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction.
