Job Requirements
As the Beauty Consultant your main KPI's are:
Retail sales
Manage GWP's and Testers Your main areas of responsibility will include the following:
Develop, execute and track monthly and weekly Sales Plan to achieve retail sales targets
Recruit new customers
Provide exceptional service to every customer Ensure all stores are merchandised in line with brand guidelines and planograms
Ensure stock levels are aligned with merchandising guidelines, brand planograms and target sheets
Manage the stock order process
Manage the execution of sales plans by brand to include sales, market share, and promotional objectives
Build in-store relationships with all levels of management and selling teams
Plan and implement marketing launch and promotions calendar along with merchandising objectives, with in-store teams
Review monthly sales and inventory data, seek out opportunities to create sell through
Job Profile
Education: Matric
Required experience:
Min 2 years' sales experience (Fragrance/Beauty)
Visual Merchandising experience and knowledge
Luxury and Beauty experience (Fragrance & Colour)
Technical Skills and Competencies:
Strong selling skills
Strong analytical ability
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to analyse data and develop action plans based on data insights
Effective oral and written communication
Ability to work across multiple levels of the organisation
