Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients who require B-BBEE verification and consulting services.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
Present company offerings and explain the benefits of compliance with B-BBEE legislation.
Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, verification, admin) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Stay informed about changes in B-BBEE legislation, codes of good practice, and industry trends.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions on CRM systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales (preferably in professional services, consulting, or compliance).
Knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, codes, and transformation frameworks - essential.
Experience in selling compliance or verification services - highly advantageous.
