We are currently seeking reliable, experienced Barmen, Waiters, and Cooks to join our team at a well-established hospitality venue based on the Bluff, Durban.

This is a full-time position, and only applicants currently residing in the Bluff area will be considered.

Available Positions & Responsibilities

Barmen

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels Ensure responsible alcohol service Deliver excellent customer service
Waiters / Waitresses

Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve customers efficiently and professionally Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas Provide friendly, attentive customer service
Cooks

Prepare and cook menu items to standard Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation Maintain hygiene and food safety standards Assist with kitchen cleanliness and stock rotation

Minimum Requirements Must currently reside in the Bluff area (essential) Previous experience in the relevant position Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Must be able to work under pressure
