Job Description
Job Summary:
We're looking for a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for serving drinks to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines to make recommendations to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
- Work collaboratively with other bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking inventory levels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products to continually improve knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and drink preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and processing transactions

Pay: From R5700,00 per month
