Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and beverages to the highest standards ?
p
- Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and personalised service
p
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area ?
p
- Monitor stock levels, restock as required, and minimise wastage
p
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during service
p
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations ?
p
Requirements:
/p
p
- Previous bartending experience in hospitality or luxury environments preferred
p
- Strong customer service and communication skills
p
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour
p
- Well-presented, enthusiastic, and flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
p
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is advantageous
p
