What You'll Be Doing
Create and serve classic and inventive cocktails.
Offer warm, authentic guest service that enhances each experience at the rooftop bar, pool deck or restaurant
Maintain a pristine, organised bar environment, ensuring tools, glassware, ingredients, and garnishes are always ready
Set up and break down the bar with precision before and after service
Monitor stock levels, perform inventory checks, and liaise with buying/management for replenishment
Work with colleagues (bar team, waitstaff, restaurant) to deliver a seamless service flow
Suggest beverage pairings and upsell premium beverages in line with guest preferences
Accurately process POS and guest payments; ensure accountability and control over bar revenue
Comply strictly with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service policies
Take on additional tasks as needed to support operations (e.g. events, tastings, menus)
What You Bring
3-5 years' experience in a bar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel or similarly premium environment
Deep knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and craft beverages; wine tasting experience is a strong advantage
Formal bartending or mixology qualification beneficial
Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus
Confident, well-groomed, and genuinely service-minded
Flexible: available for shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling
