We're recruiting for a

Bartender

who can delight guests not just with drinks, but with memorable narratives and elevated service whether during lunch, dinner or bar service.

What You'll Do

Create both classic and signature cocktails with precision, flair and consistency always &

Maintain and reflect on our Brand of excellence

Deliver personalized service engaging with guests across all service periods - lunch, dinner and bar hours

Sharing drink recommendations, sharing ingredient stories to enhance a memorable experience

Ensure the smooth running of the bar area i.e. enough stock, fresh garnish, area to be always kept clean and hygienically

Maintain and adhere to health and safety standards

Be part of training junior staff as well as bringing new fresh trends to the bar area

Experience in POS

What We're Looking For

Mixology certification

2 years relevant experience (Cocktail preparation)

Strong service-oriented individual with bartending skills

Able to handle irate customers and working well under pressure

English speaker
