Role Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, thrive in a busy environment, and ensure every guest feels valued. Key Responsibilities o Greet and seat customers with professionalism and warmth o Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly o Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas o Handle customer queries and complaints with patience and positivity o Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow o Process payments accurately and efficiently Requirements o Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment preferred o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure o Professional appearance and positive attitude o Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays o Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage What We Offer o Competitive hourly wage plus tips o Training and development opportunities o A supportive team culture with room to grow o Staff meals and discounts
