• Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails and specialty drinks.
• Engage with guests to take orders and provide impeccable service, including presenting and serving snacks.
• Understand guests'' preferences and provide tailored recommendations for an unforgettable experience.
• Develop and present innovative bar menus, demonstrating creativity and expertise in mixology.
• Manage and replenish bar inventory efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold excellence in guest experience, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
• Maintain strict food safety regulations and spotless hygiene standards in all bar areas.
• Ensure the quality, presentation, and temperature of drinks meet exceptional standards.
• Set up and maintain a fully operational bar, including coffee stations and equipment, before each service.
• Collaborate with management on stock checks and audits to ensure accountability.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a seasoned Barman in a high-end environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts, with reliable transportation.
• Genuine passion for delivering world-class hospitality and beverage experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of connecting with diverse cultures.
