This position is responsible for taking food and beverage orders from food service patrons and delivering the filled orders to the guests quickly and efficiently.
Duties include setting up, maintaining, cleaning, and removing dining room fixtures and utensils. Will be required to work in the restaurant, banqueting and room service. The ability to multitask and assist in all areas of the hotel as and when required.
Also, responsible to do requisitions, collects and stores beverage and other stocks in the bar area.
Maintains the bar and restaurant equipment in a clean condition, washes glasses and cleans equipment and is responsible for stock, surpluses and shortages, cash floats and is required to assist with stock taking.
