Barista/Host

who's as passionate about people as they are about a perfect flat white.

If you love chatting to strangers, keeping a vibe alive, and making sure every single customer feels seen (while also knowing your way around a coffee machine), this role was made for you.

What You'll Be Doing -

Making and serving high-quality coffee and drinks (with flair) Keeping our Chill Zone spotless, stocked, and welcoming Greeting, hosting, and directing customers like the rockstar you are Jumping in to help with finishing, packaging, or small production tasks Managing stock, daily cash-ups, and keeping things organised Always being the reason customers want to come back to iClick

Skills You'll Need -

Solid barista skills (basic latte art is a plus) Excellent communication and people skills Computer literacy (Word, Powerpoint, Google, WhatsApp, PCs - no tech dinosaurs please) Ability to juggle tasks and keep cool under pressure Organised, reliable, and detail-obsessed Sales sparkle - target-drive and upselling
