Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold meals, including confectionery and baked goods Operate a La Marzocco espresso machine to prepare hot beverages to a professional standard Prepare specialty cold beverages, including Freezochino's Provide excellent customer service in-store and via computerised tills Manage stock, supplies, and consumables efficiently Upsell products and assist with maintaining customer accounts Work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills Perform all additional relevant Barista and kitchen-related duties

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (minimum qualification)

Retail or tuckshop experience an advantage

Valid Code 8 or higher driver's license

Current contactable references required

Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills Salary expectation and previous pay slip
