Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve speciality coffee and beverages to our quality standards Greet customers and deliver exceptional service with every interaction Maintain a clean, organised and inviting cafe environment Operate the till and handle transactions accurately Support your teammates to keep the cafe running smoothly Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Skills and Competencies A passion for coffee, people, and hospitality Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure while staying upbeat Previous barista and customer-service experience
