Bar Manager

to lead its vibrant bar operation. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on beverage professional who excels in mixology, team leadership and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do




Oversee daily bar operations, staffing, guest service and workflow Develop innovative cocktail menus and drive a distinctive beverage culture Manage inventory, stock levels, supplier relationships and ordering Track sales, control costs and support revenue targets Train, motivate and mentor the bar team to maintain strong service standards Resolve guest and staff issues professionally and promptly Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations and safety standards Support promotions, events and cross-department collaborations

What You'll Need




Minimum 2 years' experience in a bar or beverage management role in an upscale hotel setting Strong mixology background with deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and trends Confident leadership skills with a passion for developing people Excellent organisational ability and financial acumen Strong communication skills and a proactive, energetic approach Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays Experience working on Micros/Oracle POS advantageous
