Our client, a large hotel operation, is seeking an experienced Banqueting Manager to oversee high-volume conferencing, events, and function operations at a major hotel on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.
Description
The Banqueting Manager will manage all banquet operations, including staff coordination, event execution, service standards, and operational planning. You will ensure that conferences, weddings, and events are delivered professionally and profitably.
This role requires strong leadership, logistical planning, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
