Primary Responsibilities Include:

Preparing quotes, making follow-up calls with prospective clients and holding meetings with clients who are interested in hosting an event. Quote, contract, invoice and manage all potential business through all available booking channels. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information on venue facilities, services, and pricing. Host site inspections and at times in conjunction with the Sales team. Prepare all function run sheets and documentation timeously including purchase orders for service providers. To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by up-selling facilities and services.

Requirements

What You Bring:

Previous Groups and Events experience, within a luxury environment - preferred. Proven experience in event planning Previous junior sales and reservations experience - advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer literacy.
