Respond to event and banqueting enquiries in a professional way
Prepare event documents like function sheets, contracts, and invoices
Work closely with departments like Front Office, Kitchen, and Reservations
Manage event bookings and client details in the Opera system
Talk to clients about menus, decor, AV needs, and special requests
Give hotel tours and attend meetings with clients
Keep track of payments, deposits, and billing
Help the Sales Team with promotions and upselling
Make sure all events meet hotel standards and safety rules
Grade 12 (Matric / NQF 4)
Good communication in English (spoken and written)
Strong numeracy and admin skills
At least 2 years' hospitality experience
At least 1 year of experience in a reservations or events department
Between 3 - 5 Years
