Job Summary Banqueting Chef needed in Limpopo (Live-In)
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Banqueting Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead a kitchen brigade in a fast-paced banqueting environment.
- Formal Culinary Qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Banqueting Chef or in a similar role within a 5* hotel.
- The Banqueting chef will plan, prepare, and execute menus for Banquets, Conferences, Weddings, and Private Functions.
- Ensure dishes are presented to the highest standard of taste, quality, and consistency.
- Excellent leadership and menu planning.
- Ability to work under pressure.
