Kids Creative Facilitator

About the Role:

We're looking for a vibrant, creative, and energetic young person (ideally someone fresh out of university) who is eager to begin their career in a creative, child-focused environment. This role is perfect for someone with an interest in drama, art, or creative education who wants hands-on experience bringing fun, educational, and inspiring activities to life for children. You'll support the facilitation of art classes, drama sessions, and creative workshops, helping kids explore their creativity and build confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and facilitating engaging activities including art, drama, and creative workshops Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all children Prepare materials, assist with setup, and ensure smooth running of daily activities Encourage participation and help children build confidence through creative expression

Requirements:

A genuine love for working with children Friendly, approachable, and high-energy personality Recently graduated or early in your career, with an interest in art, drama, or creativity Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take direction well Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt within the role

Advantageous Skills:

Previous experience in art, drama, childcare, or teaching (even informal or volunteer) Basic understanding of creative workshop planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits:

R6,000 to R12,000/month
