Job Description

As the in-house Baker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, including breads and bases, that form a core part of the restaurant's offering. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily production needs and ensure consistency.



Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and bake breads, pizza bases, and other baked goods



Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness



Work according to daily production schedules



Manage oven timing and baking temperatures for consistency



Monitor stock levels and report needs



Salary:

R30/hour (Basic Salary: R5,400/month)

ASAP



Opening Date of Restaurant:

1 September



Working Hours:



Sunday to Thursday:

9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm



Friday & Saturday:

9am-4pm or 3pm-10pm



Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery



Solid understanding of doughs, fermentation, and baking methods



Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented



Ability to work early or split shifts as required



Available immediately and based in Cape Town



Between 1 - 3 Years
