Requirements:
Proven experience as a confectioner/pastry chef.
Skilled in producing cakes, tarts, pastries, biscuits, and desserts to a high standard.
Creativity in designing and decorating cakes for special occasions.
Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
Flexibility to cover
bread baking and general bakery duties
when our baker is off.
Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
