Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily work with Rust and Node.js to develop, maintain, and enhance our mobile application and backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong Rust experience, and be very familiar with DynamoDB, S3, and other AWS tools. Familiarity with Python is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Maintenance:

Design, build, and maintain server-side applications using Rust. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.

Collaboration:

Work closely with solution architect, UX/UI designer, and product manager to deliver a high-quality software solution. Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and collaborative planning sessions.

Optimization & Troubleshooting:

Debug and resolve application issues. Optimize code for performance and scalability.

Cloud Integration:

Deploying and managing applications on AWS essential skill). Implement AWS best practices to ensure secure and efficient cloud operations.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest development trends and technologies. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

Required:

Proven experience with Node.js development. Proven experience with Rust and Python. Solid understanding of JavaScript and related frameworks. Familiarity with version control systems such as Bitbucket. Experience with AI and /or social media API integrations Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
