Job Summary A luxury safari lodge is seeking an experienced Back of House Anchor to support both financial administration and front-of-house operations . This role is perfect for a well-rounded hospitality professional who thrives in an organized, high-standard environment and understands the balance between guest experience and operational control. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily back-of-house administration, stock control, and procurement Manage lodge finances, including petty cash, supplier accounts, and monthly reconciliations Support the Front of House team with check-ins, hosting, and guest relations when required Ensure smooth coordination between all lodge departments Uphold company policies and maintain accurate reporting systems Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in lodge administration or back-of-house management Strong financial acumen and administrative accuracy Confident with hospitality systems (e.g. PANstrat, Nebula, or similar) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and assist across departments when needed Package: Competitive salary (based on experience) Live-in position with meals included Fantastic opportunity to join a leading luxury lodge team
