About the Role - BPO Contact Centre Environment
This is a
high-volume outbound contact-centre role
operating within a structured
BPO model
. You will spend the majority of your day
on the phone
, engaging with consumers who have expressed interest in financial assistance.
You will work within:
Defined
dialler systems
Structured
scripts and call flows
Clear
daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Quality assurance and compliance frameworks
Performance is measured across
call activity, quality, and engagement effectiveness

What You'll Do
Make
outbound calls
to consumers in a contact-centre environment
Engage clients professionally, actively listening and guiding decision-making
Apply empathy and communication skills to build trust and clarity
Explain regulated financial processes in plain, understandable language
Work within
structured processes, targets, and KPIs
Capture accurate client information on CRM and dialler systems
Deliver
professional, compliant interactions
at all times
Collaborate with Team Leaders, QA, and performance teams to improve outcomes
Who This Role Is For

Bachelor of Social Science
