Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 100+ outbound and inbound sales calls with qualified residential leads
• Handle objections confidently and provide accurate, transparent information to build trust and close deals
• Participate in outreach campaigns to source new leads
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and installation processes
• Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in the energy (solar) or real estate sector
• High-Volume Outreach Experience (100+ calls daily)
• Proven track record of closing residential deals via phone or video calls
• Strong objection-handling skills and ability to reframe value propositions based on customer pain points
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
• Stable internet connection and home office setup
