What We're Looking For

We are searching for experienced B2B sales professionals with a proven track record in outbound campaigns. This is a role for self-starters who are persuasive, target-driven, and comfortable engaging with senior business decision-makers in the UK or US.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years in outbound B2B telesales International Campaign Exposure: Minimum 1 year experience selling into the UK or US market Education: Matric certificate (Higher Grade English advantageous) Tech Proficiency: CRM system experience and confident using Microsoft Office Communication: Strong verbal skills and a confident, persuasive closing style Resilience & Drive: Thrives under pressure, goal-oriented, and motivated by results

What You Will Earn:

Basic Salary: Between R12,000 and R25,000 per month Commission: Uncapped, based on the value and experience you bring Top performers are earning R30,000+ in additional commission each month

Your Role Will Include:

Cold-calling UK/US-based businesses to offer premium products or services Managing a high volume of outbound calls and maintaining CRM accuracy Building strong relationships with prospective clients Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
