You will be required to:
Conduct outbound calls to promote mobile and data solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify client needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Keep accurate CRM records and provide sales reporting. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
All you need is:
Minimum 12 months' experience in outbound telesales in a call centre environment. Solid understanding of mobile and data solutions. Experience using CRM software and sales tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills. Own mobile phone for work-related communication.
