sales calls and deal-closing

What You'll Do:
? Plan, launch, and manage outbound campaigns and inboxes
? Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
? Engage warm leads via email and LinkedIn
? Run discovery & demo calls with potential clients
? Close deals and meet monthly targets
? Keep CRM records clean and up-to-date
What We're Looking For:
2-5+ years in sales/closing (preferably B2B or agency)
Hands-on experience with outbound tools (e.g., Instantly, Skylead, Lemlist, or similar)
Fluent English communication skills (spoken + written)
Technically proficient with knowledge of email marketing and digital sales
Driven, resourceful, and results-oriented
Available to work
U.S. Eastern Time:
10AM - 4PM ET, Mon-Fri
You have a stable and high-speed internet connection.
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary:
$1200 USD /month
Bonus Performance Commissions:
$300-$800+ USD / month (uncapped)
7-hour shift
Paid Time Off:
15 days/year
