About the role
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects through outbound outreach. This is a high-activity role suited for individuals who are passionate about sales, curious by nature, and thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
What you'll do
Proactively identify and engage with potential B2B clients via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive or Sales Team.
Understand and articulate the company's value proposition to potential clients.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign initiatives and share insights from outreach.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for outreach and qualified opportunities.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
