Your Day-to-Day
Make
high-volume outbound B2B calls
across various campaigns
Engage decision-makers
in professional, structured conversations
Qualify leads
through targeted questioning and rapport-building
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate data
Hit individual targets, quotas, and KPIs consistently
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure campaign delivery
Tools & Tech You'll Use
Microsoft Excel (for data formatting, basic formulas)
CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com)
Communication tools: Zoom, Teams, Slack
Lead verification platforms
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
1+ years in
outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
Recent
employment stability
with strong references
Track record of
hitting targets or KPIs
Fluent in at least one listed
European language + English
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Attention to detail when working with data across multiple systems
Comfortable working full-time from our Cape Town office
