B2B Project Coordinator

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in a project coordination or delivery support role, ideally within the telecommunications, ISP, or broadband sector. Strong understanding of B2B service delivery processes -- e.g., provisioning, line installation, service activation, and migration. Experience working with external business clients, managing expectations and coordinating delivery timelines. Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams. Competence using project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or MS Project) and CRM systems. Strong communication skills -- both written and verbal -- with a professional and customer-focused approach. Ability to coordinate across internal teams including technical, engineering, support, and sales functions. Basic understanding of SLAs, change management, and issue escalation protocols. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Desirable:

Knowledge of UK broadband technologies (e.g., FTTP, leased lines, Ethernet circuits, VoIP). Familiarity with Openreach, CityFibre, or other UK infrastructure providers. Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile PM) are a plus. Experience working in a customer onboarding or client delivery role within a telecoms or managed service provider (MSP).
