But if youxe2x80x99re up to the challenge, you will build a formidable skill-set in a short space of time xe2x80x93 across, brand, marketing and sales xe2x80x93 that will set you up to become a world-dominating marketing rockstar.Your responsibilities:Working with Head of Marketing to lead the delivery of aston holmesxe2x80x99 go-to-market strategyTaking the lead on aston holmesxe2x80x99 thought leadership strategy and develop a campaign to raise awareness of our brand and position us as a leader in our fieldWork hand-in-hand with the Head of Business Development to create an efficient sales funnel from first touchpoint through to conversionBuild a newsletter marketing strategy designed to keep aston holmes front of mind with clients and prospects, showcasing our blogs and points of viewPlay a key part of aston holmes lead generation activity, utilising our database to develop a marketing strategy that generates leads for the BD team to follow up onBe the brand guardian for all marketing materials, pitches and proposals that get created in the businessDevelop a content strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram to build awareness of our business and our cultureDeveloping aston holmesxe2x80x99 events strategy xe2x80x93 identifying key events to have a presence at and building a strategy for themManaging the company's website and social media accountsAnalysing campaign and marketing metrics to measure success and make improvementsProviding timely and insightful commentary and analysis on marketing activity to leadership teamKeeping abreast of industry trends and developments, and adjusting marketing strategies as necessaryAssisting in the development of budgets and cost estimates for marketing campaignsNegotiating advertising and sponsorship agreementsEnsure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing campaigns and projects to generate beautiful, best-in-class marketing materials across all channelsRequired experience:Knowledge of the UK market is essential. Wider European and US experience is desirableExperience of having worked in a marketing agency in a previous roleIdeally experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign in particular)Experience of working in a B2B environment
