Salary: R25,000 per month Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Lead Generation Specialist, where you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our B2B and ISP customer base. This role demands a highly proactive individual who will excel in generating new leads, nurturing existing customer relationships, and leveraging an in-depth understanding of our offerings in the telecommunications and internet service provider sectors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire thorough knowledge of our products and services, focusing on the B2B and ISP sectors, to enhance sales efforts.
  • Conduct detailed research to continually refresh our lead database with high-potential prospects.
  • Initiate outbound calling campaigns to forge new business connections.
  • Qualify leads through direct engagement, assessing their potential and fit.
  • Implement targeted email marketing strategies to engage prospects and key accounts.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring data integrity for effective follow-up and relationship management.
  • Utilize market intelligence, surveys, and research to pinpoint new lead opportunities.
  • Work closely with current customers to fully understand their needs, aiming for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide vital support to sales and marketing teams by ensuring the ready availability of updated sales materials.
  • Explore and analyze various channels for lead generation, pursuing promising sales leads.
  • Foster and enhance the relationship with the existing client base through continuous engagement and outstanding service.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Resilience and confidence, with a positive approach to handling rejection.
  • Proven background in cold calling, research, and effective database management.
  • Competent in active listening to accurately gather customer requirements.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and building relationships.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, demonstrating efficient use.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.
Preferred Experience:
  • Proven sales experience within the B2B and ISP sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of these markets.
  • Proven experience within a Lead Generation role
