The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Writing ( 70%)Draft long-form articles and blog posts from podcasts/webinars/transcripts; adapt tone per client brand.
Produce short-form copy: LinkedIn posts, caption copy, email snippets, show notes and time-stamped summaries for podcast pages.
Create social "cuts" and titles from provided video clips; craft multiple hooks/angles per asset.
Apply on-page SEO best practices where appropriate (titles, H-structure, internal links).
Publishing, Liaison, QA ( 30%)Schedule approved content to CMS and channels (e.g., WordPress, podcast hosts, LinkedIn; tools like HubSpot/Buffer as needed).
Light client liaison to request missing inputs and confirm when assets are received; keep trackers up to date.
QA basic formatting, links, meta and final polish; move content to "live" with clear status notes.
Tone & Brand Adaptation
Switch styles quickly across B2B brands, from straightforward professional to highly playful editorial (e.g., podcast-derived posts with pop-culture references and informal, witty tone).
Use provided tone-of-voice guides and prior examples to match style precisely; iterate promptly when feedback indicates mis-tones.
Collaboration & Process
Work closely with the creative and content management teams; provide concise briefs/notes that help editors and designers execute.
Contribute to internal marketing when needed (case studies, blog posts), owning small projects end-to-end.
Follow Content 10x's structured workflow -- from brief draft approvalpublish -- and communicate clearly at every stage.
AI Policy -- Important
We are looking for talented writers who have no dependence on AI tools and take pride in crafting high-quality writing from scratch.
Writers must refrain from using AI in any capacity for at least their first month, and possibly longer, depending on performance and client requirements.
Some clients have a strict no-AI policy, and candidates must be fully comfortable producing all work manually when required.
AI may be used only in specific internal ideation or research contexts, once explicitly approved, and never to generate or rewrite client copy.
The Person
Professional B2B writing experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
Demonstrable strength in repurposing: turning a podcast/webinar/report into compelling written assets across channels.
Proven ability to nail tone of voice, including informal/playful editorial when required.
Excellent organisation and time management; comfortable hitting tight deadlines and context-switching.
Comfortable publishing to CMS/social and coordinating basic client communications to keep work moving.
