Technical Account Manager (TAM)

to join a dynamic team and help clients thrive in the cloud. As a TAM, you'll be the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers, helping them unlock the full value of their AWS investments.

You've spent 7+ years in technical account management, solutions architecture, or cloud consulting. You know how to navigate AWS services and architecture and communicate complex tech concepts in ways that make sense to everyone.

Type: Permanent - Remote in South Africa

Salary: Up to R100 000 pm depending on experience

What you'll do

You become the trusted advisor for our strategic customers. You're their guide through the AWS ecosystem.

You lead regular check-ins that keep roadmaps aligned and support flowing.

You drive AWS Migration Acceleration Programs from assessment to full implementation, hitting those crucial billing milestones along the way.

You use powerful tools like Trusted Advisor and CloudHealth to strengthen security and trim unnecessary costs.

When technical incidents happen, you're the calm in the storm - solving problems efficiently with a confident approach.

You shine at customer events, representing our technical expertise while generating valuable leads.
