Position: Avocado Pickers
Criteria:
Previous experience working on a farm will be considered an advantage. Valid Identity Document Clear background screening results, including applicable criminal record checks Physically fit, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, carry heavy materials, and reach for extended periods. Behavioural Competencies: Ability to work respectfully with team members and supervisors. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Commitment to maintaining safe work environment. Target-driven, with a consistent ability to meet and exceed set performance targets.
