Job Description

Assist the Sister in administering care to the patients Assist patients with personal care, including dressing, mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene and eating. Monitor patient's medication and update health charts, registers, and handover sheets. Maintain open communication between Nursing Sister with regarding to residents medical, emotional and physical conditions. Document and report any changes in resident's health status promptly. Ensure highest patient safety and well-being. Must have a proven track record working with the Elderly
Must reside in the Meyerton/Midvaal Area
