As a AutoRetention Junior Representative, you will be responsible for updating customer and vehicle records, conducting CSI ratings and if required, assist customers with workshop bookings. You will be expected to complete call and data updates as required.
Responsibilities:
The duties/tasks of the function include but is not limited to:
Conduct all tasks in a professional manner.
Make outbound calls to respective customers and report on feedback and customer data amendments.
Make workshop bookings for respected dealers.
Meet daily and monthly targets.
Submitting reports to customers
Support in other team processes
Manage incoming emails and calls.
Follow up and give feedback on all client queries.
Look for opportunities to up sell products.
Manage all relevant administration processes.
Deliver a high level of professionalism to all clients.
Gain an understanding of systems required for the role.
