RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR for a growing concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12.
Relevant qualifications / trade tested.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
5+ years experience working within an Automotive Workshop.
Experience working within a fast paced environment.
Excellent understanding of the technical aspects of a motor vehicle (ESSENTIAL).
Impeccable customer service skills.
Proven ability to upsell.
