We're looking for an Automotive Parts Specialist to deliver top-notch customer support by identifying and recommending the right spare parts. If you're passionate about cars, detail-oriented, and confident with catalogues and VIN-code selection, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Select and recommend spare parts using VIN-code & car-data
- Support customers with parts applicability & installation
- Work with OEM and aftermarket catalogues (Partslink24, TecDoc, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service every step of the way
- 6 - 12 months spare parts selection experience
- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction & operation
- Experience with OEM and aftermarket catalogues
- Confident PC skills
