Automotive Panelshop Quality Controller - Randburg, Gauteng



We are looking for an experienced

Automotive Panelshop Quality Controller

to join our team in Randburg. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering work to OEM standards.

Minimum Requirements:



Minimum

10 years' experience

in an automotive panel shop environment. At least

3 years' management or supervisory experience

.

Trade Certificate

in Panel Beating or Automotive Body Repair (NQF Level 4 or equivalent). Valid driver's license. Contactable references. Additional I-CAR, OEM, or industry training advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:



Inspect completed repairs to ensure compliance with OEM standards. Maintain and manage quality control documentation. Oversee and assist with the management of panel shop staff and workflow. Identify and resolve quality-related issues before delivery to customers. Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently upheld.

Exceptional attention to detail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
